Awful experience. I called ahead of time as I was on my way at 640pm on November 3 (knowing they closed at 7 so they knew I was coming), upon answering I was met with a disgusting attitude and people sounding like they don't want to do their jobs. I let them know that I had no problem waiting if I had to but my 4 year old son really needs a haircut. They said okay you can come in. When I get there I'm met with even worse service and it being noticeably obvious that they did not want to serve me and my son. One of them said oh you'll have to wait 20 minutes as the other lady says "we close in 5 minutes" and then they said but you can wait. So I asked, does that mean I won't get seen since yall close in 5 minutes? And they said "well we'd have to stay longer". This whole experience had serious attitude behind it and leaves an extremely sour taste in my mouth. We left in fear of them ruining my sons hair if their cutting was as bad as their customer service.

Ashlee G achieved one of the best haircuts I’ve had at one of these, her and Monica C’s attention to detail is like no other. They hire some Great stylist at this location
