POS location Worst service had a 15 minute wait when I checked in on line waited over 45 minutes and still had people in front of me before wss as liking out

Check in line they tell me 2:50 pm I get her tell me with 25 minutes later the change the time to 1:00 hr more I with 1:20

This place and service is simply poor. If not for 1 stylist, I would have quit this location long ago. To help with the waitlist, I've been told to sign in Online, but their website doesn't work - won't send a confirmation number to complete the registration. Hence, arrive at store thinking you will be serviced soon (web said 20 min wait and it took me 15 minutes to get there), but no evidence of my pre- regitration - now wait is 51 more minutes. Disappointing thing is I commented their website sucks and they said "we know" - no confidence it will improve. I simply left....this isn't the 1st time with such experience here. Having to decide if that 1 stylist is worth the other hassles.
